Meet my AI Advocate

Meet Amy, the assistant I’ve always dreamed of.

“Amy is mine. Yours would have your name, priorities, people, and way of working.”

I’m an entrepreneur. I’ve usually had somewhere between three and ten projects or businesses moving at once—and a life outside all of them.

The challenge was never the work. It was the connections. A decision in one project changes the plan in another. A client needs a follow-up. Something at home needs attention. An idea shows up while I’m in the middle of something else.

I wanted someone to help me carry it all.

For me, that’s Amy. We plan the day together, work through email and clients and projects, and pick up unfinished threads without starting over. I talk to her through most of it.

Underneath that experience is a lot of structure. But the experience is personal: someone to partner on the work with, and a system that helps me carry it.

She’s a dream.

The work beneath the work

The AI Advocate is just the tip of the iceberg.

Your AI Advocate is special. But what’s underneath her is even more special. She’s powered by a private system that compounds in value the longer you use it, and backed by a six-week custom build and training process with the Advocate team.

Your AI Advocate

The part you see.

One familiar place to ask, think, decide, and move. She can do the work directly, coordinate the people and tools already around you, and keep the thread when your attention moves on. Everything below is what makes that possible.

  • One conversation across work and life
  • A morning brief shaped around your priorities
  • Prepares, drafts, and follows through on agreed work
  • Holds the context so you don’t have to

Advocate OS

The system beneath her.

Far larger than the assistant you meet, and the reason she keeps getting more useful. Every decision preserved, every method tuned, every connection made adds to something you own—an asset that compounds instead of resetting.

  • A private Brain of your context, decisions, and relationships
  • Playbooks that give repeated work a reliable method
  • Approved calendars, inboxes, task systems, and tools
  • Specialist agents brought in when the work calls for them
  • Clear continuity and boundaries: what’s next, and what needs you

Six-Week Accelerator

How she becomes yours.

The deepest part of the structure is the build itself. Six weeks of mapping your world, putting your Advocate to work inside it, and refining her through real use with our team—until the support fits the way you actually operate.

  • We map your world, your people, and your priorities
  • We agree on three capabilities that would matter now
  • She goes to work; you correct and calibrate as you go
  • We tune the playbooks and connected systems around you
  • You leave with fluency to keep building on it
Without your Advocate / With your Advocate

Too much of your day is spent holding the day together.

What Advocates have helped carry

What would you love to stop doing alone?

A strategy that needs developing. An inbox that never ends. A home with its own running list. Here are responsibilities we’ve built support around for clients and in my own life. We begin with the three that would make the greatest difference in yours.

Commercialize Strategic Ideas

A raw strategic thought becomes a researched, challenged, documented presentation your team can evaluate and develop. The idea has somewhere to go while you keep leading.

Your morning, with an Advocate

Your day deserves more than a to-do list.

Spend five minutes rambling to your Advocate every morning. She turns it into a coherent plan for the day.

The daily brief is built around what YOU need to see—but it’s far more than something to read together. It’s your Advocate’s action plan for the day.

Once you land on the plan together, she goes and executes. She time-blocks your calendar, updates your project board, drafts the follow-ups, and moves the work forward—whatever the day calls for.

One possible morning brief. Yours is shaped around what you need to see—and what you want her to act on.

Built around you

Six weeks to make it yours.

Your first working responsibility within seven business days of mapping and receiving the agreed inputs. Six weeks of building and calibration.

We start with a working foundation, then shape it around your world. Together, we choose three Capacity Milestones: three capabilities your Advocate will help carry in your real work or life. Every session makes the system more useful and you more confident directing it.

01 · Day 1

Learn Your World

We map your priorities, responsibilities, and way of working. We choose the first three capabilities and agree on the information, access, and working results each requires.

02 · First 7 business days

Put Your Advocate to Work

We establish your private Brain, configure your Advocate, and activate the first agreed capability. You use it on real work, get a useful result, and return to context that has been preserved. Timing begins once mapping and the required inputs are complete.

03 · Through Week 5

Build Through Real Use

In weekly working sessions, we refine your Advocate’s understanding, customize playbooks, and connect the support needed for the remaining milestones. Your feedback becomes part of how the system works.

04 · Week 6

Make It Yours

We check the three agreed capabilities in practice and equip you to direct, correct, and continue developing your Advocate. You leave with your client-specific system and a documented path forward.

Your part

One focused working session each week, real use during activation, and honest feedback. You also provide the agreed information and access. We work on priorities you already carry, so the engagement creates useful work as we build.

We handle the architecture, technical setup, and playbook customization. You learn how to work with your Advocate through doing the work together.

What changes for you

More of you available for what matters.

Your Advocate helps you carry more while spending less of yourself coordinating every part.

Effect 01

The Multiplication Effect

An idea can draw on research, different perspectives, and help developing it into something useful. Your Advocate coordinates that support, so more of your thinking has a chance to become real.

What this looks like

Bring a rough thought into the conversation. Your Advocate can gather the relevant context, use a development playbook, and involve specialists where useful. You review stronger work without having to personally perform every step that produced it.

Effect 02

The Leverage Effect

Preparation, coordination, and recurring work take a smaller share of your attention. More becomes available for the decisions, relationships, and creative work that need you personally.

What this looks like

The briefing is assembled. The reply is drafted. The onboarding steps are visible. You can spend your time deciding and responding with judgment, while your Advocate helps carry the work around those moments.

Effect 03

The Compounding Effect

Useful context and corrections are preserved. The next conversation can build on the last, and repeated work can benefit from a better playbook. Your investment in the system has somewhere to accumulate.

What this looks like

You explain a preference, settle a decision, or improve a process. That learning is captured where your Advocate can retrieve it. Over time, more of the work begins with your context already available.

More ideas developed. More attention available. More value carried forward.

Who this is for

A full life. A lot in motion. Room for support.

Built for entrepreneurs, executives, and people carrying meaningful responsibility across work and life. You do not need to be technical. You do need a few places where capable support would make a real difference.

A strong fit

You Carry Several Worlds

A business, clients, projects, and a home all ask for your attention. You want support that can understand their connections.

A strong fit

Your Ideas Need Help Moving

You can see what is possible. Research, preparation, and follow-through keep competing with the work only you can do.

A strong fit

You Want to Work With an Assistant

You are willing to share context, use the system, and correct it. You want a working relationship you can keep developing.

A different need

You Mainly Want AI Lessons

This engagement builds your working assistant. If you only want a class or a collection of prompts, the installation is more than you need.

A different need

You Need a Custom Software Product

A new application or a company-wide implementation requires a separate scope. This offer begins with your personal Advocate and three capabilities.

A different need

You Want to Hand Over Every Decision

Your Advocate can prepare, coordinate, and act within agreed boundaries. Your judgment and participation remain part of the relationship.

Your first three responsibilities, supported.

An AI chief of staff for your work and life, built and calibrated around the way you actually operate.

Together, we choose three capabilities that would make a meaningful difference. Then we build your Advocate and the memory, playbooks, specialist support, and connected workflows needed to make those capabilities work in practice.

Includes
  • One Intelligence Mapping Session
  • Three agreed Capacity Milestones
  • Your own coordinating Advocate agent
  • A private, client-owned second brain
  • Customized playbooks and relevant specialist agents
  • Up to five supported integrations or automated systems
  • First working capability within seven business days of mapping and required inputs
  • Six weeks of activation, calibration, and practical training
  • Ownership and continuation documentation
  • The Capacity Milestone Assurance
Personal · Investment

$6,000

Six-week installation. Two-payment plan available, or pay $5,400 in full and save 10%.

The Capacity Milestone Assurance

At the beginning of the installation, we agree on three concrete Capacity Milestones. If those capabilities are not functioning in your real life by the end of the six-week calibration period, and you completed the Intelligence Mapping Session, provided the agreed access and source materials, used the system during activation week, and attended the weekly calibration sessions, we continue the original implementation work at no additional cost until they are.

Ownership. Your client-specific Brain, configured Advocate, and documented workflows are yours. You can operate them independently after installation or retain Advocate for continued building and optimization. Connected software remains subject to its providers’ terms.

Availability. We accept no more than five active personal installations at a time because each system is built and calibrated around the individual.

Let’s talk about yours

What would you want yours to carry?

Free · 30 minutes · For prospective Advocate clients

Bring the work that keeps coming back to you. The idea that needs a partner. The personal responsibilities that keep losing their place in the day.

We’ll identify three places where a Personal Advocate could help and talk through whether this installation fits your life. You do not need to arrive with a list of tools or know what to automate.

This is a fit and opportunity conversation for people considering the six-week installation: $6,000, or $5,400 paid in full. Detailed architecture, playbook design, and implementation planning are part of the paid engagement.

Bring your actual world. Let’s see what support could look like inside it.
